With reference to the recent inventory audit report, items mentioned in ANNEXTURE were dispatched from office premises, under the custody of respective employees for undergoing relevant repairs.
As per company policy, after undergoing repairs, replaced/damaged items should be returned to the concerned department, which is not practiced by our employees.
Respective employees are hereby advised to follow company policy(s) with immediate effect. Also we request you to strictly follow PROCEDURES and PROCESS defining ORGANISATION CULTURE & STANDARDS resulting our GROWTH FACTORS. Failing to do so, necessary action will be initiated for item recovery.
