Struggling to Transition from BPO to IT: How Can I Overcome My Career Hurdles?

Respected Sir/Madam, I completed my BE in 2008. Due to the recession, I was unable to secure a job in any IT companies, so I joined Mphasis BPO, where I worked for 10 months in tech support voice. Unfortunately, I had to leave the job due to severe health issues in March of last year. After a long break for bed rest, I enrolled in a software testing course at Cegonsoft Technologies and obtained a certificate. However, when I apply to other companies, they require relevant experience and do not consider my BPO experience. This situation has become very challenging for me. I am in a critical position now, so I would appreciate any suggestions you may have regarding my career growth.
