Confused About MBA HR Project Synopsis? Need Help with Guidelines and Title Ideas

Hi, my colleague is pursuing an MBA in HR and now he is required to submit a project. There is a little confusion over the title and guidelines of the projects. He has to submit a synopsis, and we have no idea about the same. Kindly help in this regard if anyone has a template/guideline for a project synopsis and some more project titles related to HR.

The project title is “Study of Recruitment and Selection Process at Induction Level.” Actually, my colleague was confused over this topic and didn't have many ideas about it. Since I had recently subscribed to CiteHR, I suggested to him that I would post it on the website and might get some help in drafting the synopsis and guidelines for carrying out the project work. Where is your friend studying and in what mode? Has your friend not got a project supervisor in the institution? Instead of you acting as a middle person, please ask your friend to register at CiteHR to shorten the communication chain.
