I really appreciate your efforts from the HR perspective but the sheet which you have attached, I don't see, there is anything more than 10% related with hardcore HR practice, its just about making visibility about the organization development & other aspect.... but it is not a typical sheet which can guide or help to learn more about Human resource key areas.
