Contract Labour Registration - Labor Contract [Thread 359046]

We are going to give a contract to a labour contractor. he wants to do written agreement on the letter head. but it is necessary to do an agreement on bond.
please update me and also tell me process of registration under contract labour Act.

Dear Senior, Please guide us how can we apply for contract labour registration being a principle employeer in Noida Location, like what forms we need to fill and to whom we need to meet in labour court or concern department etc. PLEASE GIVE YOUR PRICELESS FEEDBACK.
