Excited About Your Bonus? Here's How West Bengal Government Employees Can Calculate It Before the Festival

Hi, all West Bengal Government employees are cheerful to hear that the Chief Minister and the Finance Minister of the West Bengal Government have declared a bonus and festival advance for the employees at 8.33% on August 17, 2011. Recently, the Finance Department of West Bengal issued the Bonus Order vide Order No. 8272-F(P) dated August 23, 2011. This news brings joy to all W.B. Government employees as they will receive a bonus at 8.33%. State Government employees whose Basic + Grade Pay + D.A. amounts to Rs. 20,000 are entitled to a maximum bonus of Rs. 2100, whereas in previous years, the maximum bonus amount was only Rs. 1000.
