Struggling with PF Withdrawal: Why Was My Form 10C Rejected and What Should I Do Next?

HARESHKAKADIYA
I have applied to withdraw my PF of the last 4 years. I have submitted Form 19 and Form 10C. Form 19 was accepted, and the money was credited to my bank account, but Form 10C was rejected. If I resend Form 10C properly filled out, will I receive the remaining money or not? Why do we have to submit Form 10C? Please give a reply at [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons].

Yes, you will receive money upon submission of Form No. 10-C to the concerned RPFO/SRO. In case your service is 10 years or more, then it will not be paid to you; in that case, you have to apply for a scheme certificate. Just fill up the form if your service is less than 10 years (contributing).

Thanks

Form 10C is for pension scheme withdrawal. An employee can avail the pension amount after completion of 58 years, which is a retirement benefit.

I have applied to withdraw my PF from last year. I have submitted Form 19 and Form 10C. Form 19 was accepted, and the money was credited to my bank account, but Form 10C was rejected. If I fill out Form 10C properly and resubmit it, will I receive the remaining money? Why do we need to submit Form 10C? Please advise.

My PF account number is PF A/C No DL/17500/8065.

You can submit Form No. 10C again to the concerned RO/SRO, subject to the condition that your service should be less than 10 years. If it is 10 years or more, then you will be eligible for retirement pension benefits. It is compulsory to fill out Form No. 10 to claim EPS benefits.
