ESI Inspection Query!!!

Dear ALL,
Our company got registered under ESI in Aug'10 and few days back a ESI personnel came for Inspection notification giving.
So, i would like to know from you all ,when he visit next time that is after 15 days,what documents (other than esi challan) should i get prepared before hand.

Dear Vikram,
For ESIC incpection you have to keep ready the following documents -
1) All Paysheets from Aug 2010
2) Balance Sheet of FY 2010-11
3) ESIC half yearly returns
4) EC & RC Statement
5) Company registration copy (Factory Licence or Shop Act licence whatever applicable)
6) if company started earlier Aug 2010 all balance sheets of last five years
7) Any other doucments instructed by the ESIC officer.
8) List of contractors with their compliance

Don't get panic, they generally require
1. Wage register for each month
2. Muster roll
3. Return
4. Monthly contribution
5. IP number for coverage employees
For any thing extra document ask to give time period and submit the same.
