Safety Compliance Confusion: What Basic Forms Do You Need to Submit?

Dear all, every industry has its own nature of products and their limitations. Safety officers can often get confused or fail to keep up to date with the required forms for safety compliance, such as Form 7A for hoists and lifts. Could anyone please advise me on the basic forms that need to be submitted for compliance?
