What Is Work Profile Of HR Administraitor

Hi All,
I want to know that what is the
work profile of HR admin.because, I got a job offer for that post but, I have experience as a recruiter.So is admin- HR has better scope than recruitment? Waiting for your suggestions..

1. Responsible for Recruitment and Retaining Talent.
2. Finding right candidate.
3. Arranging interviews and keeping track of the candidate.
4. Motivating employees.
5. Implementing HR policies.
6. Interacting with employee to solve their issues related to organisation if any

HR is responsible for all employee related work hire to retire like hiring then induction & schedule training and take feedback then performance appraisal, review, weakness and much more work in hr role.
