I want to know what the work profile of an HR admin is, as I have received a job offer for that position. However, I have experience as a recruiter. So, does HR admin offer better scope than recruitment? I am waiting for your suggestions.

HR is responsible for all employee-related work from hire to retire, such as hiring, induction, scheduling training, taking feedback, performance appraisals, reviews, identifying weaknesses, and much more in the HR role.
