I had a look at your performance appraisal and I have a few comments/ observation on them it’s a very good effort but I think you need to have a second look at it and modify it.
• Quality Evaluation: which you have given weight of 10% you have not put criteria to evaluation the quality against.
• Subordinate Evaluation: as mentioned above this criteria shares 10% with quality but it does not have any criteria to evaluate of measure against
• Part B Competence: these are generic competence to be agreed by the management for all employees what about the job related competence, which I find very important for evaluating according to the job done
• What is the overall score of the performance: Part A is 50%, Part B 50% as per first Sheet and Part E is 100% i.e. what is the weight of your performance appraisal in all.
• Where is your overall ranking
