I am an MBA student and am working on my project titled "Effectiveness of Training." For the purpose of evaluating training, I plan to consider "Reaction, Learning, Behavior, Results" as four variables. I intend to collect data based on these variables from various sources - data from trainees for the first two variables and data from managers for the latter two. I kindly request your opinion on this approach and would appreciate it if you could assist me by providing some sample questionnaires for these levels.
