MBA Student Seeks Urgent Advice on Induction Training Project – What Should Go in the Findings Chapter?

Hi, I am an MBA student and a little confused with my summer internship project on induction training. If I can get any help regarding the topic in the form of information about what to include in the findings chapter, please let me know. It is urgent. Thank you.

An Induction training program in the HR module has the following objectives:

1. To enable the candidates to get an overview of the organization.
2. To create an awareness of the critical functions that will support new joiners in their work-life.
3. To set expectations that the role has from new joiners and the expectations new joiners have from the organization.

Induction training is absolutely vital for new starters. Good induction training ensures new starters are retained and then settled in quickly and happily into a productive role.
