Hello to all....
I am soniya, i am working newly in one of the IT company. As before i have joined the company there was not any hr department here. The problem here is such a like that... i am a fresher, as a fresher i have put my best to deal with all HR & admin department. But, thing is that the company is good and growing but it is small i.e. 12 people are working. I am trying to implement all HR activities starting from recruitment but some of the HR practices i can not apply here because as it is the small company so many of the things has been practiced by department head i.e. training & all. I have already read all such relevant material here regarding HR activities & policies. But, my question is how can i tackle in this situation? I love my HR work but i couldn't find it is working... so, i am little bit disappointing....
Please help me out if this problem, because here i need advice and guidance which only i get from all you experienced....
