I'm a undergraduate in srilankan university carrying out my final research on impact of career plateau on job satisfaction employees in srilanka. i faced with difficulty in finding a validated questionnaire on career plateau with proper dimensions and indicators.i already build a one by my self but got comments that it contains errors.i want a questionnaire to measure both hierarchical career plateau and job content career plateauIf you can help me to build the questionnaire it would be a great help you are doing for supporting for a student who is seeking a valuable support.If u can let me know a way to access to your questionnaire is also enough for me.

i'm new to the cite hr.can we use career plateau measurement for milliman 1992 as it is. but dimensions and indicators are not clear for that.
