Hi Jyoti,
Please go through "Organization Development" by French & Bell, 5th Ed.; it will give you a clear picture.
Inter-Group interventions are conducted to bring harmony and enhance understanding within the team. Normally, members are asked to write down the problem areas as they perceive them. Each team is then requested to prioritize their identified problem areas. Next, a consensus list of the areas is prepared, followed by resolving the conflict areas, setting fresh target areas, and determining the modus operandi through mutual discussions under the supervision of a consultant.
Organization Mirroring is typically employed towards the end of the intervention stage. Here, senior executives face the teams with predefined targets to help them grasp the organizational objectives and strategies, thus redefining the targets and strategies of the teams.
Partnering is primarily utilized in contractual jobs involving two or more contractors. The main concern is to establish a proper level of understanding within the broad framework set by the task owner.
I hope this information provides you with some insight. Usually, it takes 6 to 8 sessions in class to deliver this content to students. It's challenging to summarize it in this limited context. Feel free to reach out to me for further clarifications.
