Discover the Hidden Art in Excel: Have You Tried This Mind-Blowing Trick?

Very good morning. Either the person who did this is an Excel freak or he just did not know what to do with his time all day! But the result is amazing!! To see his work of art, please do the following:

1. Open the Excel file attached.
2. Press Ctrl+A (Select All) Go to Format, Row, Height & insert 15.33.
3. Go to Format, Column, Width & insert 2.4.
4. VOILA! Admire the result. Absolutely brilliant!!

Instead of doing all the formatting, one can simply change the view percentage in the toolbar to 15% and see.

Will someone explain to me what is so great about it?

I really didn't understand it. I did as instructed but I couldn't understand the results. Please help.
