Either the person who did this is an Excel freak or he just did not know
what to do with his time all day! But the result is amazing!!
To see his work of art, please do the following:
1. Open excel file attached.
2. Press Ctrl A(Select All) Go to format, row, height & insert 15.33
3. Go to format, column, width & insert 2.4
4. VOILA! Admire the result. Absolutely Brilliant!! !!!!!

Instead to doing all the formatting etc., one can just change the view percentage in the tool bar to 15% and see.

It was great to hear about people’s performance. But now, they are much worrying about their titles than; fulfilling their roles and performance.

These people inspire team through their actions (performance) but not merely by superiority or by title.

Leaders have a key - "Learn from your mistakes and build a foundation of wisdom. Blend self responsibility with self forgiveness". For these people enjoyment lies in their mind's activity and bodily exercise; the two are ever united.

Leaders are people who make things happen. Whereas others watch things happen or say what happened?

The message is intended to make you aware about the importance of leadership and need of leadership qualities.
