How Do I Calculate My Gratuity After 7 Years of Work? Need Help!

My drawn salary was Rs. 13,926. PF deduction was 678. I worked for 7 years. What will be my gratuity? Please help me.

Could someone please tell me how to calculate gratuity? Also, could you provide information on the percentage involved?

There will be around ₹56,000 as the amount for the gratuity payable according to the number of years served. If there is an additional DA component in your salary, then the amount would be higher.

Gratuity Calculation

The calculation for gratuity is as follows:
Gratuity = (Last basic salary + DA) * 15 * Number of years served / 26
