Does Himachal Pradesh Have Its Own Factory Rules, or Do Other Jurisdictions Apply?

Hello, can someone please tell me if Himachal Pradesh has its own factory rules? Or do rules from another jurisdiction apply since Himachal Pradesh used to be a union territory when most states issued factory rules? Lastly, if the Himachal Pradesh Factories Rules exist, does anyone have a copy you can post?

Dear SKG, Thank you for the posting. I checked the Labour Department, but the HP Factories Rules are not posted on the site. They are not even listed under the regulations enforced by the H.P. Labour Department (although the Factories Act is listed). This makes me wonder if the H.P. Factories Rules are even in force. I will try to call the agency.
