Exploring HR Practices: Can I Visit Companies to Learn About Their Setups?

Hi, I would like to visit a few companies to understand their HR processes and get an overview of the HR setup. I have been working as an HR professional in an IT company in Mumbai for 2 years. I would like to gain more knowledge on certain concepts and working patterns followed in this field within companies. Is that possible?

I do not have any query as such. I would just like to see how an HR setup works in a company. This could be related to hiring, T&D, engagement activities, etc.

I don't think any HR department would allow an already working employee to visit their premises for your learning. While I understand your thirst for knowledge, you may try seeking admission to a part-time HR-related course or module, through which you can apply to be a trainee in a company of your interest.
