julyanamu
I am a Postgraduate student pursuing my MSW HR degree at Madras School of Social Work in Chennai. I have an idea to research Creative Problem-Solving Techniques. Therefore, before I start my research, I would like to gather some insights on the feasibility of the research topic and the resources available. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could assist me.

I would like to have elaborate details on your research. Firstly, a clear and specific objective is essential to start off with your work. I would require you to decide on what category or area requires creative problem-solving. It can be for various scenarios, such as:

1. Evolving and Conceptualizing an idea
2. Restructuring a Goal (working on the real problem and objective of work)
3. Evolving more ideas/solutions
4. Changing the mindset of a person/group

Once you are settled on the scenario, a well-established method/process needs to be chosen (from the below):

1. Brainstorming
2. Lateral Thinking - Edward de Bono (Six Thinking Hats is also a concept adding to the list)
3. Mind Mapping
4. There are a few other models like TRIZ, CPS, PDCA, etc., which assist the process.

Adopt any of the methods and explain the process to a target group. For any further clarification, do reach out.
