Not Receipnt Of Offer Letter

I haved recently joined an autoancellary of maruti but they are not giving me any.offer letter or appointment letter. Does it hampers my next job while joinnig.

Recently I have joined a showroom of Maruti Suzuki but they haven't issued any offer letter or appointment letter. does it would create any problem during my job change.

Offer Letter and Appointment letters are the only proof of your current employment. its a basic requirement to issue the both letters during employment in any concern. kindly ask your employer to get it soon...

Dear Friend,
Offer letter if they have not given is also ok but the appointment letter, payslip & your service certificate of more important to join the other company after coming out of this company hence find out with your seniors in this company whether that practice exists or not, if not better not to join.

As per company point of view it's not good but they have reason behind it. now a days employees join company take offer letter and based on that they search for some other company , that offer later will be base for them to ask hike.
As this period is of talent war many companies will pay higher to retain employee in present company or in new company.
Now wht u have to do is , u have create trust that u will stay there if ur really willing to stay. U can do this by performing best in few days but without fail ask for offer letter at lest within 1-2 week, by the time create trust.

Offer letter is proof of your joining position, then also if you join without offer letter then you compulsary ask for appointment for avoid problems in future.

Yes it will hamper in next joining, offer/intent/appointment letter is the only documentary evidence of the position aquired by you.

Hi Tupai,
Do you ever buy branded clothes without an invoice? Then why will you render your services without an appointment letter? Please ask the HR/ management to issue the appointment letter to you at the earliest. Never join a company without taking an offer letter in writing from them.

Offer letter is just an offer of ur employment, it means that company is offering u a job to join u on such date. When u will join the duty this offer letter will no mean and company will provide you an appointment letter in this regard and that will be a valid proof.

Offer letter/appointment letter is very important. Please speak to your HR and collect it from them ASAP.
