hi...i am shikha
my boss is a general manager and he has been asked for a guest lec related to hr in a reputed institute in pune. pls suggest me some topic or some ppt if possible. he is asking for sm interesting topic.
pls help i am really baffled

Dear Shikha,
I would suggest these two topics " Importance of HR's Roles on Corportate Excellence" or " Avenues in HR" for your boss to present in Management Institute.
we should motivte young HRs to equip themselvs according to their future corportate roles & Responsibility for achieving organization's Goal.
Young HR students would pay greater attention to this topic...
