Seeking Engaging HR Topics for a Guest Lecture – Any Ideas or Presentations to Share?

Hi, I am Shikha. My boss is a General Manager, and he has been asked to give a guest lecture related to HR at a reputed institute in Pune. Please suggest some topics or share any related PowerPoint presentations if possible. He is looking for an interesting topic. Please help; I am really baffled.

I would suggest these two topics: "Importance of HR's Roles on Corporate Excellence" and "Avenues in HR" for your boss to present at the Management Institute. We should motivate young HR professionals to equip themselves according to their future corporate roles and responsibilities to achieve the organization's goals. Young HR students would pay greater attention to these topics.
