It is requested that you furnish the conditions to obtain pay protection for an employee's previous job salary. This applies to individuals who are transitioning to a job in the central government through direct recruitment by the UPSC from a state government position.

Since I have exceeded the upper limit of Pay Band III, I have been informed that I will not receive any increments for the next three years until I move to Pay Band IV.
