It is requested you to furnish the conditions to get the pay protection for a employee of previous job salary ,who are getting the job in central government through direct recruitment of UPSC for any state government employee.
Dear Mr. Venkat, thanks a lot for your comment. I would very much appreciate receiving more details about it with some documentary evidence so that I can approach my potential employer and get some relief.
Since I have crossed upper limit of Pay Band III, I am told that I will not be given incr ements for the next three years till I move to Pay band IV. In either case, I shall be at the receiving end.
