Steps to Verify Your ESIC Contributions

1. It would be better if you ask your employer or HR to supply a copy of the monthly return and challan being paid by them to ESIC online. From the monthly return of any month, you can see your details. The same can also be viewed online, and you can ascertain the procedure by contacting your Branch Office of ESIC.

2. If the employer fails to provide you with the above information, you can request it from the appropriate Branch Office of ESIC to which you are attached. You can also obtain such information under the RTI from the Branch Office Manager, ESIC of your area, who I think is the CPIO under the said Act.
