Legal Notice To Ex-employee For Breaching Agreement

Nihar[V]
do somebody have any sample format of legal notice to be sent to an ex-employee who have breached the agreement which the ex-employee had entered into at the time of joining the company, that he would not join any competitor company within 6 months of the expiry of the term of the agreement? and also disclosing confidential information to the comptetitor.

Hello Nihar,
Suggest contact your Company Lawyer, since responses to every such situation will be different, depending on the case-to-case factors/nuances.
Any generalized sample format could only mislead/complicate the long-term response for you.

Well I agree with Mr. Tajsateesh.
Mr. Nihar, first a fall i would like to say that you have to take the action as per the contract terms and i dont believe that your HR department have never used this kind of case before..Are you the new cog on your department or belongs to HR or wht??
Are you an employee who just trying to get the legal implications in this regard or a new personnel of your department who have assigned this job...
Mr. Nihar, this is the case which supposed to handle by the HR Seniors or the Peoples as suggested by TS above..

Thank You all for the replies but i just asked that if anybody ever had done something related to my above mentioned matter and had drafted any letter regarding that then kindly provide the same .....
Well i am a new employee to my org.'s legal deptt. and my senior wanted me to draft it and i have done almost, just wanted to see how others would deal with it and the minimum thing that is to be mentioned while sending this type of legal notices to ex-employee.

Hello Nihar,
First & foremost, you should have given the FULL inputs in your first Posting--that you belong to the Legal fraternity, in addition to the facts of the case.
CiteHR being a predominantly HR Forum, the de-facto assumption would be made that you too are a HR professional.
Suggest use the reSearch Option @ the top of this Screen--this topic was discussed many times earlier. You should be able to get what you are looking for.
Rgds,
