Splitting of Minimum Wages Case on PF

Finally, what happened with the splitting of minimum wages case on PF? No notification has come into force. Does anyone have the PF notifications? Please put them up.

There is a circular available on the EPF website from the Central PF Office to all its Regional Offices, asking them to initiate criminal action against G4S Security (Group4) for the bifurcation of minimum wages in respect of PF. I believe that their view is that PF must be paid at least on the full minimum wages. Bifurcation should only be allowed where the salary is higher than minimum wages; even then, PF must be paid on MW. Most of our clients (large companies) are adopting this view to safeguard their interests.
