I have recently joined as an admin executive, and I need to procure quotations from different vendors. Can anyone help me by providing the format of the comparative statement?

Using MS Excel for Vendor Comparison

Use MS Excel to create a worksheet where vendors are listed in columns and assessable criteria occupy the rows. Simply populate the cells with values you get from the quotes, as well as any corporate quality criteria, etc. To make it fair and transparent, you can even weight each vendor against a universal (corporate) or industry benchmark for each criterion.
