This one is more useful for trainers for sales training. also attaching a word doc for VAK test ,which can be used while running the PPT.(at PPT no 10).

Dear Vijumba,
The VAK test is to be administered with the participants and check what kind of responses they are giving. Depending on the responses, we can say the person is VISUAL/AUDITORY/KINESTHETIC.
With this VAK test people can understand what is their representational system.
