You can simply address the letter to your superior stating that you would like to resign from your current due to personal reasons
kindly follow the procedure of notice period rule of your company.

After giving a seasoned thought, I would like to pen down my resignation due to some unavoidable personal issues at family level which is not allowing me to continue the services anymore.
I know it was not easy for me to step down and part ways from such a delightful working environment but at times there are far more important decision in our life to take care especially when it comes to family. That’s what prompted me to do so, after giving a long thought.
Kindly accept my resignation and releive me at the earliest.

pl.follow instructions of rohit whichever written by him about your reason. not a specific or perticuler matters can refer in resigned letter. it was enough for understand to concerned HOD. and he will be sanction/carry forward this letter to HR department. and hr dept. drawn F/F process

Is there any kind of Ban or do i need to pay any recruitment fees after working for 3.5 yrs.
If i join new company after how much period of job i can resign with out paying recruitment fees or not getting ban.
