Hi, we are a new recruitment agency, and I need to put together a reporting system for my staff so I can monitor KPIs/KRAs, the results of which will form the basis of our Board reports. I guess we need to monitor such things as the number of marketing calls, client visits, interviews, jobs in, jobs filled, etc. Just wondering if anyone already has a report put together to cover this off.
