How Do You Track Recruitment KPIs and KRAs? Seeking Advice for a New Agency Reporting System

Hi, we are a new recruitment agency, and I need to put together a reporting system for my staff so I can monitor KPIs/KRAs, the results of which will form the basis of our Board reports. I guess we need to monitor such things as the number of marketing calls, client visits, interviews, jobs in, jobs filled, etc. Just wondering if anyone already has a report put together to cover this off. I guess you should do benchmarking with other companies in the same line of business as yours. You can check their monthly, weekly, or daily targets. Another option is to derive it from your accountability statement or vision. From there, you can establish measures for every Key Result Area (KRA) you have.

Hi Amit, I am in Australia, so I can't call. However, what I am looking for are the general KPIs of a recruitment consultant and wondering if someone already has a report for it. I did try to search the website but found reports more towards an HR Officer recruiting.

KPIs for Recruitment Consultants

For a recruitment consultant, we need to measure activity including the number of calls, visits, interviews, etc. So, I am just wondering if anyone already has a report with all of this included rather than trying to design something from scratch.
