I was called up for an interview at Bharath Matrimony, Hosur branch. I attended the interview and was selected by HR, who asked me to resign from my previous job and attend a two-day training. After resigning, I went for the training, only to be informed that there were no vacancies. The person who had previously held the position I was offered had rejoined the Matrimony office.

I would appreciate any guidance on what actions to take in this situation. I strongly believe that it is not feasible for an organization to interview and request resignation without an actual vacancy.

Is your previous job your priority? How many years of experience do you have in total? Certainly, every organization has specific policies for recruitment and termination. I have three queries:

1. Have you served the notice period?
2. Have you informed your previous organization that you are leaving to join Matrimony?
3. Have you obtained any certificates from your previous organization, such as Experience, F&F, etc.?

It has become common for individuals to leave organizations for better opportunities and then feel depressed afterward. I suggest you revisit your previous organization and explain everything.
