I did a 2 day workshop for subcontractors in a shipyard in Malaysia way back in 2005 at the request of the shipyard management. The objective was to get buy -in from them.

If you are working in Oil Depot or terminal of an Oil & Gas field you should follow all OISD standard becoz all safety norms are given specially OISD standard 244, 117,118 and remaining all too must be followed.
