As a self employed man, I run my own business. But in Singapore some institutions need a Electronic Pay Slip. What is it and how do I make one thats legally acceptable?

This is the reply I got from one of our S'pore clients in response to the query you raised.
"Electronically means prepare in word or excel and that is acceptable".
