I need some help with regard to a Technical or Aptitude Test used in organizations , which can be used for hiring purposes for candidates having less than 3 years of experience.
Incase if I create some In-house test for this purpose , what would be the reliablity and validity of using such a tool. Moreover, do organizations create such technical or aptitude tests or procure some standardized instrument ( becuz most of the organizations in software or BPO have some kind of Aptitude/Technical test)
A sample test would be of quite utility, coz i undertsand the parameters on which it is to be based upon , but do not fully understand how to create it.
Looking forward for some real help. Am quite in desperation.
