I have a question - if an employer refuses to sign the PF withdrawal Form 10C, what will be the next step for the employee?

Hi Rajani,

If the employer does not sign the withdrawal form 10C of the PF, the solution is you can get the same signed by a Gazetted officer and also issue a letter stating that the employer is not willing to sign. After all, it is your hard-earned money.

In case you have any doubts, please cross-check with the PF office (with the PRO).

Dear Sir/Madam,

My employer refuses to sign the PF withdrawal form 10c. I have forwarded the PF forms five times to my employer, but they are not willing to sign it. Kindly advise me on what I should do to obtain the signature.
