If Employer Refuses To Sign On Form 10c What Is The Process?

i got a doubt, if employer refuses to sign on pf withdrawal form 10c, what will be the further step for employee

Hi Rajani,
If the employer does not sign the withdrawal form 10C of the PF then the solution is you can get the same signed by a Gazetted officer & also issuing the letter saying that the employer is not willing to sign. After all it is your hard earned money.
In case you have any doubts please cross check with the PF office also (with the PRO) .

My employer refuses to sign on pf withdrawal form 10c, i have forwarded the PF forms 5 times to my employer but they are not ready to sign it. Kindly advice me what shall i do to get the same.
