Choosing the Right Mediclaim Insurance for Our Small Software Team – Any Suggestions?

I am working as an HR Manager in a small software company with 15 members. We are planning to provide mediclaim insurance to all the employees. I seek suggestions from you all on which company to choose for medical insurance for a small group like ours.

You can opt for an Oriental Insurance Group Mediclaim policy with a family floater option if you want to cover dependent family members of employees as well.

Thank you, Mr. Kaml and Anurag, for your reply. My concern is that the organization size is smaller. I tried to contact HDFC and ICICI, but they do not provide services to such a small group. So, I am looking for an organization that can offer maximum benefits to a smaller group like ours.

Hi Sakshi, you can try New India Assurance Company. My experience with them is good.

I would suggest you go with government insurance companies like United India, New India, and Oriental. The private players' track record on claim settlement is not up to the mark, and they ask for many details which one may not normally be able to provide.
