Creating a Training SOP for Management in Manufacturing: Any Tips or Insights?

I am working on creating a process manual - an SOP for training and development in a manufacturing firm. The training is designed for management-level personnel, not laborers. Please help!

Sanjay, I am actually an HR trainee working for an EPC company right now. I am training under a lady who is the training head for the cogeneration division. The thing is, I need to design a process manual for training, essentially creating an SOP for training. If you could please forward me whatever material you have, it would be a great help.

Please can you explain this line to me: SOP for each and every area and department. Does it mean SOP for all departments of the hotel or only for the training department? :confused: Please do reply to me at [Login to view].
