Dear Sukumar,

Thank you for your reply. I am actually interested in the total training system. In Bangladesh, we have three parts of training:

1. Product knowledge
2. Role-playing
3. On-the-job training

I am interested in knowing more about the first two types. How do you provide product knowledge other than through lecture methods, and how do you conduct the role-playing sessions?

With thanks,
Dr. Hasan Mahmood
