If you will answer this, Employer will certainly ask you if you were knew that why did you join them earlier and why not you left this job before??? What will you answer?

This is not a genuine answer or reason and while reference check you can be caught if they found it wrong/false statement...And recruiter will certainly strike you by questioning that they are also not providing any these facility then how will you manage...what will you answer??? It wud be better to give a strong answer...

Why are you leaving your Job? Why did you leave your Job? These are very common question and one have to be too smart and strategic while answering to a Recruiter and there are few things which one always have to keep in the mind.

- No need to say anything bad about your past employment or about your boss. The interviewer may wonder if you will be bad-mouthing his company next time you're looking for work.

-Never use these kind of answer -They didn't pay her enough, the hours were awful and hated the job, atmosphere was not good, there is some personal reason and so on...

There are some responses you can use but it wud be really great if one answer the genuine/right reason tactfully with confidence….

You can use…

-I found myself bored with the work and looking for more challenges. I am an excellent employee and I didn't want my unhappiness to have any impact on the job I was doing for my employer.

-There isn't room for growth with my current employer and I'm ready to move on to a new challenge.

-I'm looking for a bigger challenge and to grow my career and I couldn't job hunt part time while working. It didn't seem ethical to use my former employer's time.

-I was laid-off from my last position when our department was eliminated due to corporate restructuring.

-I'm relocating to this area due to family circumstances and left my previous position in order to make the move.

-I've decided that is not the direction I want to go in my career and my current employer has no opportunities in the direction I'd like to head.

-After several years in my last position, I'm looking for an company where I can contribute and grow in a team-oriented environment.

-I am interested in a new challenge and an opportunity to use my technical skills and experience in a different capacity than I have in the past.

-I recently received my degree and I want to utilize my educational background in my next position.

-I am interested in a job with more responsibility, and I am very ready for a new challenge.

-I left my last position in order to spend more time with my family. Circumstances have changed and I'm more than ready for full-time employment again.

-I am seeking a position with a stable company with room for growth and opportunity for advancement.

-I was commuting to the city and spending a significant amount of time each day on travel. I would prefer to be closer to home.

-To be honest, I wasn't considering a move, but, I saw this job posting and was intrigued by the position and the company. -It sounds like an exciting opportunity and an ideal match with my qualifications.

-This position seemed like an excellent match for my skills and experience and I am not able to fully utilize them in my present job.

-The company was cutting back and, unfortunately, my job was one of those eliminated.

Again I wud request you all to be honest while answering…

Best of Luck

Yah Im good Sukanya and all is going good and fine here..hope you are enjoying your life and doing hard work as i have suggested you earlier..and do not forget that it is you who have to do lot to achieve your goals and objectives and do not let yourself down. ok!!!

Well about your question, you need to understand the meaning of MBA-HR first. Let me ask you some questions first.

Q1-Have you done with your MBA-HR?

Q2-Which is your specialisation, Recruitment or Staffing?

Q3-You are doing your MBA with HR specialization or PGDHRM?

Q4-What you like most and have you ever gone thru my "My 7 Stars of HR"?

Q5-You wanna be a Recruiter (Specialist), wanna go with Core HR or what?

I can answer your question right now but i want you to realize and understand what you want and what is good for you and this is the main reason of my question.

Every day peoples are sharing their knowledge and experience and the needy peoples like you are getting benefited but still there are numbers of peoples like you who need to realize their need, wishes, and interest first and need to understand themselves first what they want. Because ultimately it is you, it is a student who have to go with his/her dreams, who have to set and achieve their goals and Targets..

When you will attempt the aforesaid Qs, you will get get an idea what im talking about here and I also want you to do the same first..
