- No need to say anything bad about your past employment or about your boss. The interviewer may wonder if you will be bad-mouthing their company next time you're looking for work.
- Never use answers like: "They didn't pay me enough," "The hours were awful," "I hated the job," "The atmosphere was not good," or "There is some personal reason," and so on.

There are some responses you can use, but it would be really great if you answer the genuine/right reason tactfully with confidence.
