Hello Simhan, I am doing a Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee, and thanks for showing interest in my thread. Here, the term "scales" refers to the questionnaire on this topic. I am having difficulty obtaining the actual scale with the appropriate scoring card. I am looking forward to your help with this.
