Scale On Work Life Balance

Myself Anjali JIndal. I m doing Ph.D on work Life Balance but not able to find out the scales on it.
If anyone can help in regard, plz mention the scale on Work Life Balance

Where are you doing the degree and in what mode? Do you not have a tutor guide? What do you mean by "..not able to find out the scales... "?

i m doing Ph. D fro IIT roorkee n thanks for showing interest in my thread
here the scales means the questionnaire on this topic. i m not able to get the actual scale wid the appropriate scoring card.
looking forward if u can help in this.
