At the moment, legally, you cannot exempt yourself from any PF deductions. In PF, once you become a member, you have to remain a member as long as you are employed by that company. When you leave the company, you can withdraw that money. Therefore, currently, you cannot halt PF deductions.

Understanding PF Deductions Under EPF & MP Act, 1952

As long as you are in employment, you are to be covered under the EPF & MP Act, 1952. Even if your basic salary is above 6500 INR, your employer has every right to deduct PF from your salary, as if the base salary is Rs. 6500/-. Some companies are deducting PF based on the actual basic salary as an employee welfare measure and equally contribute the employer's share to PF.

So, you cannot stop your PF deductions.
