Please share the info that Minimum Wages of Delhi has been revised w.e.f:- April - 2011 as per the recent Notification dated 26th July 2011. Attached file is for the reference.

Is this for the whole country or only for Delhi. Alll these days, i was in the opinion that the minimum wages applies to whole country...

Hi all seniors!
can any body help me for maternity financial benefits. If i was joined on 3 Aug 2009 with my joining letter dated same. But my employer was showed my joining of Nov. 1st 2009.
And date of my delivery was 29th June 2011. Can i elligible for taking subscription or not. if i am than what is the procedure for taking this subscription.

Hi Mamta,
Any female employee who has put in 06 months of service is eligible for Maternity Benefit. She has to be given 12 weeks paid leave for delivery.
Does this info suffice.
