How Should I Announce Mediclaim Updates to Employees? Seeking Feedback on My Draft

Dear All, I have sent an email to my employees stating that we have increased the sum insured as well as added trainees to the policy. Please find my draft regarding the same. Kindly let me know if there is anything else I should add.

"Dear Colleagues,

We are very pleased to inform you that we have increased the Mediclaim sum insured from Rs. 1,50,000 to Rs. 3,00,000. Additionally, from now on, trainees will also be covered under the Mediclaim policy.

We hope you appreciate our efforts!"

Is there any extra cost to be borne by the employees? Please mention this so that employees will get a clearer picture.

You may want to add the highlights of the insurance policy, how it is different from the retail policies in the market, and what the process is to make a claim. In the last line, perhaps you may want to modify it to: We appreciate your health concerns, and these enhanced benefits will go a long way to ensure that you and your families are insulated from the high costs of treatment.
