Seeking Advice on Safe Convex Mirror Installation for Plant Roads: What Are the Best Practices?

Dear All, We are in the process of installing convex mirrors on our plant roads to enhance safe traffic movements. Can anyone share with me the standards that should be followed during the installation of these mirrors?

Installation Standards for Convex Mirrors

Specifically,
1) What should be the distance between the mirror and the side of the road?
2) What is the ideal height for the top of the mirror from the ground?
3) Should the mirrors be placed at all turning points or only at blind spots?
