Seeking Help to Choose a Ph.D. Topic in Transactional Analysis and Find Key Resources

Hello, I am working as an Assistant Professor and would like to pursue my Ph.D. in the area of transactional analysis. Can anybody help me find a proper topic on which I can conduct my research work using Transactional Analysis? I have already gone through whatever links and materials are available on this citehr. If possible, please provide me with any new links or names of books or materials.

Can anybody assist me in obtaining the book "Structure and Dynamics of Organizations and Groups" by Eric Berne?
