Ph D. In Transactional Analysis

I am working as a Assistant Professor and would like to do my Ph D. in the area of transactional analysis.
Can anybody help me to find out the proper topic on which I can do my research work using Transactional Analysis?
what ever the link and material available on this citehr I have already go through it so if possible please provide me the any new link or name of the book or material.
Can anybody help me to get the book of Structure and Dynamics of Organizations and Groups by Eric Berne.

and yet not registered for Ph D. but idetify the area only and working on that.
