I have prepared a PowerPoint presentation on the Buddy Plan for new joiners, which I will send soon. The checklist of activities to be done by the line manager, HR, and the buddy will be shared shortly.
I have joined a new company, and as part of employee engagement, I have been asked to prepare an HR Buddy plan. Could you please mail me the ppt as well? I am sure it would be of great help.
