Seeking HR Certification Advice: How Can I Boost My Skills for a Career in the USA?

I have completed my MBA in marketing, but currently, I have been working in HR, specifically in recruitment, for the past two and a half years. I am interested in further developing my career in this field. However, I lack knowledge in areas such as devising salary packages and understanding statutory laws, which is limiting my options.

I am seeking guidance on which recognized course or certification I should pursue to acquire the necessary skills in these areas and more. Additionally, I am looking for a course that may enhance my prospects of securing a job in the USA, as my husband has already secured a job there, and we will be relocating soon. I would appreciate any suggestions for suitable courses that could meet these criteria, considering my time constraints and the fact that I am looking for alternatives to pursuing another MBA.

Can anybody suggest something about HR certifications that I can pursue? I completed my MBA in HR in 2006 through distance learning and have been working in a software development company in HR for the past two years. With 2.7 years of experience, I am looking to obtain a certification in HR that will help enhance my future career prospects. Furthermore, my interest lies in working with an IT organization, and I wish to continue in the same field.
