i am actully confused plz help me.
after my graduation in Commerce, i did Diploma in HR (DHRM) from Welingkar's Institute of Management and now i m doing my PGDBA(MBA in HR) frm same institute.
i was working wd 1 construction company as an HR Executive b'coz of som problm i lft dat job. frm last 2 months i was serachg 4 a job and did't got.. den i tried in Accounts nd i got it nd it's a good firrm nd i hav fixed my joining date also dere...after dat i got selected in another firm as a HR Executive it's nt so big firm..
i m confused wat i should do now??
should i go for dat Accounts assistant job??? wher i hav committed or i should go wd dat HR Executive post 4 wat i was trying since 2 months???
