I WANT TO KNOW HOW MANY FORMS OF FORM 12A,FORM 10,FORM 5, ARE SUBMIT IN PF OFFICE?
WHAT WE TAKE IN RECEIVING? DOES WE SUBMIT FORM 2 WITH FORM 12A

only form 10 is submitted in pf office .
There is no need to go to pf office,fill the form 10 ,given to Hr dept. in Previous company
After 60 days ,from resign your job , only your r eliglible for apply for PF.
