I want to know how many forms of Form 12A, Form 10, and Form 5 are submitted in the PF office. What do we receive upon submission? Do we submit Form 2 along with Form 12A?
Only Form 10 is submitted to the PF office. There is no need to visit the PF office; simply fill out Form 10 and submit it to the HR department of your previous company. After 60 days from resigning your job, you are eligible to apply for PF.
